The 2010 Season

It has been a great season. One big race left to ride - The trick is keeping Maissa in one piece for Montcuq - EEEUUUWWWW didn't manage that for one reason or another, so we went to Pontchateau where it was wet, Wet, WET

Escamps

Escamps - 60 km - 21/03/10




The girls did so well, and behaved beautifully, it was a training ride for LaLa's 90km early April and Maissa's 160 km early May.
We did it at about 15km/h and Maissa won the Amater Class with a heart rate of 36 and LaLa was 5th in the Pro Class with a heart rate of 40.
